Whipped Chive and Onion Cream Cheese
So fluffy and easy to make. Dairy-free, plant-based, and vegan.
Without a doubt my favorite cream cheese spread is chive and onion cream cheese. I like to pair this simple four ingredient cream cheese recipe with homemade fluffy pop up bagels and a dash of hot sauce!
Make it light and fluffy
I’ve tried a couple of different vegan cream cheeses over the years and have always been disappointed by the hard texture. In my experience, most vegan cream cheese lack the light and smooth creamy texture that most dairy based cream cheese has. This four ingredient vegan whipped onion and chives cream cheese recipe is so simple to make and achieves that ultimate creamy texture. With a mixer I’m able to achieve a light and fluffy texture in just five minutes!
Can I refrigerate?
Yes! I’ve kept mine in the fridge for a week and it still remains fresh and keeps its light texture.
