I’m Yuchen (also yuchen.gif). So much of my love for cooking comes from sharing cozy meals with my loved ones. I started learning to cook when I was in college and through many failed attempts I have built quite the recipe book that I’m now sharing with you.
A little about what I cook: It’s simple, my boyfriend is plant-based and I’m not! When we cook together we cook meals that are plant-based. As someone who grew up eating meat, I’ve really enjoyed learning to cook vegetable forward meals that all diets can enjoy.
I’m currently based in San Francisco, CA but my recipes are heavily influenced by my Chinese culture, childhood in Texas, and my world travels.
